1.PP air filter injection molding machine is specialized equipment designed to produce air filters made from polypropylene (PP) through the injection molding process. 


2. Material Preparation: PP granules or powder are fed into the machine’s hopper.
 
3. Melting & Injection: The material is heated and melted in the barrel by a reciprocating screw. The molten PP is then injected under high pressure into a precision mold cavity through the nozzle.
 
4. Cooling & Solidification: The mold is cooled to solidify the plastic, forming the air filter’s shape.
 
5. Ejection: The mold opens, and the finished part is ejected automatically.
